DocMind AI is a document analysis tool that allows you to upload documents and receive AI-generated summaries, key points, explanations, and the ability to chat with your document content.
Summaries, key points, explanations, and chat responses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. DocMind AI is a tool to assist your understanding of documents — it is not a substitute for reading the original document, and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

Paid plans are not yet available for purchase. The terms in this section will take effect once paid subscriptions launch. Until then, DocMind AI is free to use and no charges will ever be applied to your account.
Plans. DocMind AI offers Free, Pro, and Max subscription tiers with different usage limits, described on our Pricing page.
Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund. You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Refunds. For first-time paid subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge, provided you have not substantially used the service beyond the Free tier limits. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refund is offered for the unused portion of a billing period. EU and UK customers have a statutory right to a refund within 14 days of purchase, which we honour; the refunded amount may be prorated based on usage. Refunds for annual plans outside the 14-day window are considered at our discretion on a pro-rata basis.
Exceptions — full refunds. You may be eligible for a full refund even after the refund window if: a duplicate charge was processed due to a technical error; we made a material change to the service that removes a core feature you rely on during an active subscription term; or a sustained outage prevented you from accessing the service for more than 72 hours and we were unable to restore access.
Non-refundable situations. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window (unless an exception above applies), for change-of-mind requests after significant use, or if your account was suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
Payment processing. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. DocMind AI does not store your payment card details on its servers.
Price changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to your subscription price. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

DocMind AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocMind AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
